| 3 c. water | 4 large peeled & diced potatoes |
| 1/2 c. chopped onion | 1 lb. sausage |
| 1/2 tsp. black pepper | |
| 1 tsp. salt | 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley |
Precook sausage for 30 - 35 minutes before adding to remaining ingredients to cook. Take off casing, Bring water, potatoes, and onion to a boil. Cook until soft. Add sausage that has been cut up in 1/2 inch lengths. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot. (Can be cooked omitting sausage.)
